Terms of Use and Sale

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of reindeerflight.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make from Reindeer Flight ("we", "us"). Please read them carefully. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, to our Return and Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Seller

Reindeer Flight is the trading name of Daniel Delgado, an individual seller located at 445 Quincy Avenue, Bronx, NY 10465, United States. We sell Christmas decorations and gifts online through this Site. Age Requirement

Purchases may only be made by persons aged 18 or over who can lawfully enter into contracts. This Site is not intended for children under the age of 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, and we do not knowingly collect their data. When you place an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Payment Methods and Billing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Your card is charged when the order is placed. The charge appears on your statement as REINDEERFLIGHT.COM. If a charge is declined, or our payment provider's fraud screening flags the order, we may ask you for additional verification or cancel the order. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before contacting your bank — most issues are resolved within a business day.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

You may cancel an order free of charge before the order ships and return most items within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging; certain products are non-returnable for hygiene or legal reasons. Returns are free — we cover return shipping. Returns are sent to 445 Quincy Avenue, Bronx, NY 10465, United States. Approved refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item to the original payment method, and refunds for cancelled orders within 7 business days. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost. The complete Return and Refund Policy is part of these Terms and is presented to you before checkout.

How Orders Work

Your order is an offer to buy. After checkout you receive an order confirmation email; this acknowledges receipt of your order but does not accept it. A contract of sale is formed when we ship the goods and send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including unavailability, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or a shipping address we cannot serve; if we do, any payment is refunded in full within 7 business days. We may limit quantities per order or per customer.

Shipping

Delivery is available to the United States. Processing takes 1–2 business days, then 10–16 business days with Economy Shipping (USD 11.99; free from USD 189) or 8–11 business days with Fast Shipping (USD 19.99). Tracking is provided for every shipment. Should a shipment be delayed beyond the promised date, we tell you in advance and you may cancel free of charge for a full refund, as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Prices and Taxes

All prices are shown in USD. The price of an item is the price displayed at the time you place your order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and shown at checkout. The total shown at checkout — items, shipping and taxes — is the total you pay; we do not add fees afterwards. When we advertise a discount, the reference price is a price we actually charged before the promotion. We correct pricing errors when we find them; if an error affects your order we contact you before shipping with the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reindeer Flight and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection statutes. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Intellectual Property

The Site and everything on it, including the Reindeer Flight name and logo, images, copy and design, belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Site to shop; no other rights are granted. Copying our content for commercial use, scraping the Site or reusing our images requires our written consent. Notices of alleged infringement should be sent to support@reindeerflight.com.

Descriptions and Images

Descriptions, specifications and photographs are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them; small differences in color or finish can result from photography, lighting and display settings. Reindeer Flight sells generic, unbranded products; references to third-party brands, if any, describe compatibility and imply no endorsement. Listing an item does not guarantee stock. Where an item sells out after you order, you may wait, choose an alternative or receive a full refund.

Use of the Site and Customer Reviews

Use the Site lawfully and in good faith: no fraudulent or unauthorized orders, no attempts to breach security, no automated scraping, no abuse of discounts. Reviews on our product pages come from customers who bought the product; we take reasonable steps to verify them and never commission fake reviews. Content you submit must be truthful and yours; you allow us to publish it and we may remove anything inappropriate.

Warranties and Disclaimer

We provide the limited warranty set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Except for that warranty, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other express warranties, and implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of the limited warranty. Some states do not allow such limitations, so they may not apply to you; this warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have others that vary by state. Consistent with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, nothing in these Terms disclaims implied warranties while a written warranty is in effect.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any purchase are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by the New York General Business Law § 349-350; refund policy disclosure under GBL § 218-a where it applies. Please contact us first at support@reindeerflight.com: almost every issue is resolved by our support team within a few days. Arbitration agreement. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you and we agree that it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Class action waiver: claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase. This section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with the consumer protection office of your state attorney general or with the Federal Trade Commission.

General Provisions

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order, and the current version is always available on the Site with its "last updated" date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor of the business.
